language. Developing innovative cost effective solutions is a process
that we’ve perfected by working closely with our customers from
the moment a design problem is identified through the final delivery
in the product’s lifecycle. Here’s how it typically works:
Using Advanced Product Quality Planning, (APQP) techniques, the ChronoTherm
Sales Engineering Teams work with customers early in the concept design
phase to explore ways that PTC technology can be used to simplify
the design and manufacturing of the needed product and reduce its
overall cost. Once a design solution has been established, prototypes
are manufactured and the customer and ChronoTherm work together to
refine the design. Lessons learned during the prototype and testing
processes are applied through APQP and incorporated into the final
design. A thorough pre-production approval process then assures a
smooth transition of the program into production at which point Chronomatic’s
QS 9000 approved processes provide consistent quality and delivery
for the life of the program.
